according to the Reuters report, Samsung Telecommunications Company has registered a new lawsuit regarding patent infringement related dispute with Apple in the local market Samsung, South Korea.
The new lawsuit claims that the three patents owned by Samsung's technology has been used on the Apple iPhone 4S and iPad 2.

 
Patent lawsuit announcement came just hours before a big Apple event in San Francisco, USA, Wednesday (07may2012) local time Thursday morning Indonesian time. On that occasion, Apple is expected to launch the latest generation of tablet, iPad 3 or iPad HD.
According to Samsung, the three patents is based utility and Samsung has licensed under FRAND terms,
The patent relates to how data is displayed, the user interface, and the message text.
 In a statement to the Korea Times, President of Samsung Telecommunications JK Shin said that there would be no compromise with Apple.

       The statement came after it was revealed that Apple is trying to offer terms to Samsung in an effort to bring the litigation between the two companies closed the matter.
